Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about ProHunt and AI-powered CV analysis.

What is ATS scoring and why does it matter?

An Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is software that companies use to automatically screen CVs before a human recruiter reads them. It parses your CV and ranks it against the job description using keywords, formatting, and relevance signals. A low ATS score means your CV may never be seen — even if you are a strong candidate. ProHunt simulates this process and tells you exactly where you stand.

How does ProHunt analyse my CV?

You upload your CV (PDF, DOCX, or image) and paste the job description you are targeting. ProHunt extracts your CV text, then sends both to GPT-4o which compares your skills, experience, and keywords against what the employer is looking for. You receive an ATS score, a JD match percentage, an honest assessment, a skill gap report, keyword recommendations, and a career growth plan.

What file formats does ProHunt accept?

ProHunt accepts PDF, DOCX, JPG, PNG, and WEBP files up to 10 MB. PDF is recommended for the most accurate text extraction.

What is the difference between the free plan and Pro?

The free plan gives you one complete CV analysis including an ATS score. The Pro plan (29 SAR/month) gives you three analyses per month, the full detailed report with skill gaps, keyword optimisations, a LinkedIn profile review, and a personalised career growth plan for your target country.

Is my CV data stored? Who can see it?

Your CV text is stored securely in your personal account so you can view your analysis history and reuse CVs from your library. It is never shared with employers, recruiters, or third parties. CV text is sent to OpenAI's API for analysis — OpenAI does not use API data to train models. You can delete your stored data at any time from your account settings.

Which countries does ProHunt cover?

ProHunt covers 25+ job markets including all GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman), other MENA countries, Europe, North America, and Asia-Pacific.
