Refund Policy for Saudi Arabia Customers
Customers located in Saudi Arabia are protected under Saudi consumer protection regulations. Your rights include:
- Full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not used any paid services (credits or Pro analyses)
- Pro-rated refund for unused portions of annual subscriptions, in accordance with Saudi e-commerce regulations
- Refund for technical failures that prevent you from accessing paid services, subject to verification
- Right to cancel recurring subscriptions at any time with immediate effect, without penalty
- Clear disclosure of all fees and charges before purchase — no hidden costs
Refund Policy for International Customers
For customers outside Saudi Arabia, the following refund policy applies:
- Full refund within 7 days of purchase if no services have been used
- Pro-rated refund for annual subscriptions within the first 30 days, based on unused portion
- No refunds for monthly subscriptions after the first 7 days, except in cases of verified technical failure
- Credits are non-refundable once purchased but do not expire
- Refund requests for technical issues must be submitted within 14 days of the incident
How to Request a Refund
